It’s official!
Carl Zimmermann has qualified to be on the November ballot in District 48 (by way of petition method) as of 10:00 am today, with 59 extra petitions at the supervisor of Elections office and over 100 other last minute petitions waiting in the wings if needed.
Carl wants to thank everyone who became involved in the process — from the petition collectors to those who signed… It’s has been a tremendous effort by a lot of individuals throughout District 48 and a successful one at that.
We can all celebrate this victory together during the Jazz/Blues fundraiser at the Zone in Tarpon Springs on June 30th.

I’m glad to hear you qualified! Make sure you have plenty of extra signatures to file. I’m not sure about Florida, but we had some dirty tricks pulled here in Lexington, KY by some city council candidates to disqualify their competitors.
